End User License Agreement

LuciQA Free may be used without a LuciQA question-count limit. A purchased Pro key licenses the current major version, LuciQA Pro 1.x, permanently, including all 1.x updates, on up to three activated devices. Future major versions are outside this license unless expressly offered.

You may install and use the software for lawful purposes subject to applicable exam, school, employer and website rules. You may not share, resell or circumvent a Pro license key.

The software uses third-party AI providers configured by you. Those providers control their own billing, quotas, terms and data handling. Outputs may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing them before relying on them.

Deactivate a device in Settings before moving a Pro activation where possible. License validation needs periodic network access; temporary service problems allow a limited grace period. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
