Privacy Policy

This is a static website delivered through Cloudflare and a Hetzner server. The origin may keep short-lived operational logs. If configured, Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate site use without an advertising tracker. We do not run a LuciQA account or AI request server.

In the desktop app, OCR runs locally using English and Turkish recognition data. Selected OCR text or cropped images, and any Pro Exam Document or Custom System Instruction, are sent directly to the AI providers you configure. Their privacy terms apply. AI answers may contain sensitive or incorrect information.

API keys are stored in local application settings and encrypted using the operating system’s secure credential service when available. The app requires secure storage to use keys. A configured provider receives its key with each request. Do not capture or submit information you lack permission to share.

Purchases take place on Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. It handles checkout, receipts and license keys under its own notices. Email [email protected] for access, privacy or deletion questions. This policy must be reviewed against the final deployment before launch.
