- Create an API key: Cloudflare Workers AI ↗
- Open settings → Cloudflare Workers AI → API key.
- Cloudflare also needs your Account ID. Copy it from your Cloudflare dashboard and enter it with an API token permitted to use Workers AI in LuciQA Settings. An API token alone is not enough. Follow the linked REST API guide for the token permissions.
- Choose a model: @cf/google/gemma-4-26b-a4b-it · @cf/zai-org/glm-4.7-flash
- Save settings. Ask from text (OCR) / Ask from image / diagram.
A daily free Neuron allocation applies; Neurons are not requests.
Keep your key private. Check current limits in your provider account.
Provider charges and quotas are separate from LuciQA.
